[Bug][Grid] Using Shift+MouseScroll for horizontal scrolling does not close the column menu popup #632

Describe the bug
When a column menu is opened, using Shift+MouseScroll to horizontally scroll does not close the menu

To Reproduce

Open the following example in small window (so that horizontal scrollbar appears)
Open a column menu
Use Shift+MouseScroll over the Grid to scroll horizontally
The Popup remains at the same position

Expected behavior
The popup should close on horizontal scroll (as with the vertical scrolling)
