Restore/Bump & retry transaction

We recently did a spike on how Freighter can help users when they run into archived entries in their workflows. One conclusion was that it would be helpful if we offered a way for users to bump and/or restore archived entries that are a part of their transaction if the action they intend to take fails due to the entry not being accessible.

Should Freighter give users a more helpful message related to the error and/or allow an optional "restore & retry to submit" action?
