Implement Splunk support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Integrating katprep into Splunk could bring some handy benefits, e.g.:

• triggers actions, e.g. when highly unpatched systems are discovered
• process system maintenance results
• process monitoring information after system maintenance

Describe the solution you'd like
Test import of YML/JSON data in Splunk, adjust data format (timestamps?) if necessary, document implementation. For sending information to Splunk, a REST API could also be an option.
