So i am working on a pretty similar thing: https://github.com/NIT-dgp/UIP and i notice you have a pretty good way to change wallpapers in a cross-platform way, would you be interested in moving that piece of code to an own library? so we have an awesome way for everyone to change wallpapers in python?

See Issue #19. He already has a Library (https://github.com/bharadwaj-raju/libdesktop). Maybe you can merge with him and make something awesome
