Compile error #5

The template has a compile error. When I run latexmk in the terminal I get the following error message:

! Undefined control sequence.
<argument> \bbl@ensure@english 
                               {\textbf {?abstractname?}}
l.3 ...sure@english {\textbf {?abstractname?}}}{i}

To compile successfully both abstract sections in thesis.tex must be removed.
