Hey @michelleN, what did you have in mind for an "e2e" here? Were you thinking that the documentation would describe how to contribute to the spin-operator project through writing an e2e test?

Speaking of which, where do spin-operator contribution docs reside currently? Are they part of spinkube.dev via https://www.spinkube.dev/docs/spin-operator/contributing/?

General documentation on how to contribute an e2e, structure of the e2e repo, and blurb on the libraries/tools we use, how to run the tests, etc. This would be for both new contributors trying to get a lay of the land and existing contributors who need a quick reminder on how to contribute a test.
