Use clickable shortcut links to simplify navigating to different sections of the LDH

Some sections of the LDH instruct the user to navigate to other sections in order to complete tasks. For example, when looking at which users have keys registered on your own dataset, there is a message informing the dataset owner that their own keys on this dataset should be managed elsewhere. Include hyperlinks in these messages to streamline the interface.
