🪓 Multiple hierarchies on Receive

Description

Everytime a commit received from Speckleverse, Blender connector creates a new collection. Instead, it can be tracked through a single collection or no collection at all.

Expected Behaviour

We should create a single collection and keep track of everything through that. Thus, user's Scene Collection tree won't be borked.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a stream/branch with multiple commits.
2. Receive one of the commits in Blender. Blender connector will create a collection and its name will consists of Stream Name, Branch Name and Commit ID.
3. Receive another commit from same stream/branch.
4. New collection will be created. You can view that from Scene collection (See image below 👇). If a user receives 10 commits from the same stream, 10 collection will be created and we would be shambling user's Outliner.
