GCC bug for the privatization of edges in vertex derived type #31

A GCC bug forces the vertex%edges array to be public. This affects these DAG routines:

dag_get_edges
dag_get_dependencies
dag_toposort/dfs
dag_generate_digraph
dag_generate_dependency_matrix
