Date/Time Field Showing One Hour Off #256

The date/time field on my record page is not the same as the date/time field shown via SF Inspector. I'm in Eastern Time, so I should be 4 hours behind UTC. Right now the page says 6-12 but the inspector says 11:00 & 17:00 UTC (7 - 1 Eastern).
