I have to say I think the trends on charts for success metrics seem off. For example, on the "Number of applications onboarded" section, it lists the bar chart in a staggered pattern which makes no sense because the apps should be continuously going up in onboards, not staggering dramatically like in my screenshot here:

Hi @bholmesACR - would you be able to attach the successmetrics.csv that was used to generate the chart? Then I can take a look. Thanks!

Just to confirm, I've checked on my local installation and the chart looks as expected for me.

Thanks Ben, what I notice from that file is that the timePeriodStart (which is what this application uses to determine data) has some unusual values in it. It looks like you've outputted monthly data, so the dates should be like this: 2022-01-01, 2022-02-01 etc. I see that there are also dates around the 28th of the month: 2021-07-28, 2021-08-28 etc. This applies to only some applications, hence the chart you see in your original report.

Let me ask around and see if anyone I know's seen this before.

Hi @bholmesACR I've asked around and nobody I've spoken to has seen this successmetrics behaviour before. Since this data is direct from the IQ server I think that it's best if you open a support ticket to Sonatype and get them to comment. The dates should definitely be the first day of every month, not part way through.

If you do get an answer then please can you update here? Thanks!

The underlying issue is under investigation by Sonatype in their ticket:
https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/CLM-22563
