Добавить в метрики мониторинга за файлами лицензии информацию о регистрационном номере
Необходимо для:

быстрого сопоставления с номером в случае выявления проблем (сейчас только по имени файла, что требует дополнительных манипуляций)
чтобы можно было быстро собрать своеобразные отчет отталкиваясь от регистрационного номера, а не от имени файла
