Exclude some commit types from changelog

Probably the final user isn't interested in "chore" commits, and/or others.

There should be a way to exclude them from being added to the change log.

Extra points if we e.g. exclude "chore" by default, but add command-line option to add it back in and exclude other types (this would be maximally flexible).
