Add some example projects

Add an examples folder at the root, containing an example Akka HTTP app that holds the contents of a Kafka topic in memory and queries that state at request time. Showcasing loadAndRun.

An example project that commits offsets would be good too, maybe an app that reads from Kafka and writes to a DB (or another Kafka topic)
