Hey @BenL-M I think AWS SNS should fall under Platforms and not Tools.

Here are the quadrant descriptions as per the README.md

Platforms - What we run our software systems on and where we persist our data (Operations)
Tools - What we use on the side to improve the way we develop and operate our systems (Dev & Ops)

One thing that we be good for teams that are looking at the radar, is a little detail about where to go next - for example a platform team dl.

Also I was thinking it might be good for the AWS technologies to make sure that AWS is in the title.
