Distributing SDP Preview Video to Multiple calls.

I have a sip device which can only make a single call simultaneously.

I want to use sipsorcery to Recieve that Call and Subsequently, Raise Multiple calls and then on answer of one of the calls I want to connect the incoming call with the answered outgoing call.

Now most of this I can do in terms of audio calls but I am investigating the feasibility of the video side of things.

I am trying to establish if I can somhow copy the incoming 183 Session Progress SDP and send it as part of the outgoing call to the multiple calls?

Any thoughts on the potential feasibility of this.
