All status unavailable - Fisher and Paykel

Hi, the integration is great however I am unable to do anything with my washing machine. So I only have one device, but it shows all the cycles, and all of them are unavailable. Am I missing anything?

Do you have anything in the home assistant debug log?

Hmm, still says unavailable, is it showing data? Unfortunately, there's no real way to combine sensors, however you don't have to have all of them enabled/visible if they aren't useful to you.

Hi @simbaja, I am havng the same issue with all entities being unavailable. This is for a Haier washing machine connected to the Smart HQ app.

Are there any updates on this issue?

Any errors showing in the logs?

The entities for me changed status when the washing machine is on for doing laundry. When the washing is finished it will be back to unavailable. Not sure if this is the correct behavior

Is this the same behavior as the official app? Seems like it's shutting itself off while not in use?
