Issue with HVSK-40A (OPTO)

Hi,

I've had a lot of issues with my ESC / motors with failures during flight. My motors are rctimer HP4108-580KV.
I had the "default" firmware installed on the ESC (no update) and I encouter some strange behaviours (quadcopter did multiple flips trying to stabilize after quick move!, one motor fail and the quad just fall).
I've decided to update all the ESC with latest available firmware. (TGY)
The results seems to be better but I still had some strange things.
I've seen on the internet lot of issues between these motors and these ESC, can you confirm ?
I've already ordered new ESC to test, but I'd like to confirm the problem is coming from the ESC...
