Using Afro ESCs with Simon K on commercial products - Licensing?

Apologies if this is the wrong place for this kind of question and happy to be pointed to a more appropriate venue.

I'm considering using the Simon-K flashed Afro 30A ESC in a product that I hope to offer commercially and I want to make sure everyone is treated fairly in terms of licensing, credit, (and cash). Is it simply a matter of ordering up a bunch from Hobby King and having at it, or are there licensing, royalty, or other issues that need to be addressed? If so, what's the best channel for that conversation? Great controller, great code! Thanks!
