Add Gossipsub to the Behaviour.

We should tag the upstream rust-libp2p rather than the currently new lighthouse crate.

The upstream one will soon be the source of truth, once we merge in all our patches and fixes.

Yeah pretty much. I would consider this one step of #17.

We have been using the terminology of "sub-behaviour". We have a global behaviour, which represents the composition of all the sub-behaviours. Gossipsub is one such sub-behaviour.
