Missing templated variables after opens the editor in a new browser

Description:
The templated variables of given Siddhi apps tend to forget after reopens the tooling in a new browser window.

The reason for this issue is the templated variables values stored in the browser history. Instead of that, it would better to store those variables in the tooling backend.
