I'm using the plugin check_log (you'll never guess :-) ) to check that a log doesn't contain any error. When an error entry is found my service goes from Ok to Critical. And that's just fine.
But when the next check interval is reached, then criticial state is reverted to Ok.
My question is : how can I stop service from polling when it's in critical status and force an operator to aknowledge an error condition ?
The way it stands is that when an errors is detected at night, then in the morning no alert can be seen on our dashboards.
Thanks for your help.
