ThemeProvider - precompile and make more dynamic

Whilst the current theme provider is good, it could be better, the contrast colours, ability to change themes etc is okay but I want to make this smarter, and also simpler to manage and extend, need to explore some options here.

Currently, the new info colours (warning, success, error, info) aren't the best in light mode, this isn't a major issue but I'd like to address it
