Slide Resets to Zero after slide on iPhone/iPad #909

Hi, when I use the slider on an iPhone or iPad if I use my finger to slide the handle into position, after I release it resets to zero.

I was able to reproduce the behavior via the examples page: https://seiyria.com/bootstrap-slider/#example-6

Steps to reproduce:

Using and iPad or iPhone
Navigate to aforementioned page
Touch and drag finger along slide, to right side
Release finger, handle resets to zero

Same problem and there is a suggested solution in issue comments
