Update links in Readme to ScyllaDB Docs instead of Datastax #86

The readme file has links to Datastax instead of ScyllaDB.
Some examples under the Documentation and Features sections:

All relevant links should point to ScyllaDB instead.

@avelanarius I'd like to update the links in the README file. Our repo is forked from DataStax, so can I simply update the links or is there anything else I need to to to make sure there are no conflicts upon further merges?
