Upgrade Threads.js to the latest version (v1)

What happened:

We are currently using Threads.js v0 in our build cluster, as shown in the following link. However, Threads.js v0 is a little bit old.

Threads.js v1 has been released, and v0 has not been updated for about 5 years.

What you expected to happen:

Updating to Threads.js v1 is not easy because there are many changes in how threads are written. However, we should update to Threads.js v1 to take advantage of the new features and improvements it offers.
