List MRtrix modules of interest

Create a list of interesting modules from MRtrix to implement into nf-neuro.

Here are some directions to improve our current modules:

betcrop/antsbet - everything mrtrix or scilpy
betcrop/cropvolume (does not bet should go in image) - everything mrtrix or scilpy
betcrop/fslbetcrop remove scilpy
denoising/mppca remove scilpy
image/applymask - everything mrtrix
image/mrconvert - everything mrtrix
preproc/gibbs - everything mrtrix
preproc/normalize - everything mrtrix

Suggestions:
image/denoising: add nlsam ? https://github.com/samuelstjean/nlsam/releases
image/resample can become image/scil_resample and we can have a image/mrtrix_resample
