Delete Digital Instantiation Bug

Describe the bug
When attempting to delete a digital instantiation an error page is thrown.

On demo, it results in the digital instantiation being removed from the xml, but the data in the gui persists.
On production, it results in no changes. The digital instantiation data remains in the xml and in the gui.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On demo, go to a record with a digital instantiation (https://ams2-demo.wgbh-mla.org/concern/asset_resources/cpb-aacip-191-00ns1rrc)
2. Click on digital instantiation thumbnail
3. In digital instantiation page, click delete
4. See error (review log error)
5. Look at xml for the record
6. See digital instantiation data removed
7. Look back at record gui page and see the data still present

Perform the same tasks on Production, receive a different error (mistyped error), and you do not see any changes

Expected behavior
Digital instantiation data is removed from both the xml and the gui
