Textbook Typo: Section 6.2.1 ME(A) definition

The ME(A) calculation gives ( $\overline{y}$(A-) - $\overline{y}$(A+) ) instead of ( $\overline{y}$(A+) - $\overline{y}$(A-) ).

ME(B) and ME(C) are similarly defined "backward"

Additionally, in the second line of the ME(A) calculation, the "-" becomes a "+" (so it actually calculates ( $\overline{y}$(A-) + $\overline{y}$(A+) ).
