Hi, Ive printed my portal and its my first time using TPU, the shape looks ok, but when inserting say the V2_Connector_Blocker I can see there is a small gap there when inserted because the flexible plastic is slightly squeezed.
My past experience with ants, especially Lasius Niger is they are little escapees. How concerned shoudl I be about that tiny gap - and is there any print settings that might make the gap go away?
Appreciate if the project isnt active, of all the formicariums out there this one is the nicest so Ive chosen it! Wondering if pla for the blockers i a tighter fit and use V1, but stick with V2 for the tube connector. Will I have same problem then though?

So, TPU is a fickle material. My suggestion here would be to play a bit with the scale.
It is usually enough to increase the size 1-2%, maybe more. I can't fully norm it since every printer and every TPU material prints a bit differently but I'd suggest to scale it up a bit if you see a bit of a gap.
The idea of using TPU is that it's flexible, allowing you to squeeze it in. PLA won't work for V2 I'm afraid since the base assumption of V2 is that you can squeeze it.
