Translate readme to Japanese

Describe the feature

From looking at the regions of the world via google analytics on the metals website and tracking references on blogs/twitter, it seems that Japan has the second largest usage of both metals and coc-metals. I'd be great to have a Japanese translation to the readme in order to help anyone out that may need it.

Hey @nzt, that would be amazing. I was thinking of having a readme_jp.md or something similiar with the translation, and then link in/list it right below the table of contents in the readme.md to let people know that it exists. If there is anything you need from me, please let me know.

Oooo, I've never heard of this before. This is really neat. I'm all for using something like this. Let me read more into it as well.
