Meeting proposal info

  • Title: Rust Project Goal RFC pre-read
  • Type: it's complicated

Summary

Review the set of proposed project goals. Assess whether any changes are needed before the RFC is officially opened.

Questions to consider:

  • Are the asks of the compiler team reasonable?
  • Are there missing goals that should be proposed? Is there work going on in the compiler team that is not reflected and ought to be?
  • What do we think about the flagship goal selection? Are you at least aligned with the 6 month plan and at least aligned with the spirit of the overall plan? (if not all the details)

About this issue
