Release the SW and make it citable

Just wondering if it could be helpful to:

1. Use Zenodo to generate a DOI.
2. Insert a CITATION file.
3. Craft the first release with the tag 2.0.0.

For points 1 and 2, you can draw inspiration from icub-gazebo-grasping-sandbox¹.
