This has not aged well, I could not get running from inside of a docker container on python 2.7. Nor is it python3 compatible.

Python2 support ends in 19 days... https://pythonclock.org/

Correction, I did finally get it running in a python:2.7 containers I forgot flask listens on 127.0.0.1
