Enhancement: Add a 'User Guide' Document

Title.

As a user, I should be able to reference a document explaining all functionality and features of the application and not be left in the dark regarding what is possible to do with it.

Completed document should provide a 'Getting Started', a 'Using the Application', a 'Useful Workflows' and a comprehensive list of every feature implemented along with an explanation of the feature and how it may be of use to a user.
