Scrollbar flashing forever in Logs > Console screen

Browser Zoom 110% -> 100% in Logs > Console screen, scrollbar flashing forever.

i can't reproduce the problem.
what is your resolution and zoom in Windows? mine is this

also: can you see if the problem goes away if you refresh the browser?

downscale from 110% or higher to 100% causes this.

• 90% -> 100% - no problem
• 110% -> 100%: scrollbar flashing
• After flashing, refresh page: no problem

Windows Resolution = 1920 x 1080
Windows Scale = 175% shown (disabled)
Browser Scale = (causes problem) 110% -> 100%
