Is there a way to import / overwrite the current configuration file with the "shared" one ?
I want to configure Linear MQTT Dashboard on several devices. I managed to extract the config file w/ "share configuration", but I'm unable to inject this file on other devices.

Just open the shared config with the mqtt app it will be loaded

How can I open the shared config ? I downloaded the file (config.linear). When I try to open it, I get "Can't open" message from the Android File explorer. And there is no "open file" in Linear MQTT. (version from play store)

did you try to restart your phone and download the config.linear file it should give a choice of open it by linear MQTT, if not try to enabling "import setting" on the app even though selecting file on it doesn't work, may be this is why I have the possibility of openning the "config.linear" on the app.

Hope it helped

Same issue here, version 2.2.9.
Selecting an exported configuration file (config.linear) from file manager doesn't offer a choice of opening in LinearMQTT, and the app itself doesn't seem to have a "import setting" anywhere?

/ OnePlus3T, Android 7.1.1

It's a great app and best out there to my mind.
I have the same issues though. When I press 'share settings' the screen just flashes and I don't get the share options like I used to. Can't find the config.linear anywhere on the phone.
This would be a very useful feature. any chance of a look please?

Import works fine. You need to use a file manager app like x-plore.

When installing the config on a new smartphone, it turned out that the new Android was degraded and can not open the typed file! (version 4 can, and version 5-6 is no longer). Android simply proposes to open the file in a music player or unzip or send it by mail or send it anywhere at all, but not open it in the desired program. "Total Commander" and a couple of different Explorer did not cope with the task. I would like to express my gratitude to the program "Ghost Commander" - this is the only file manager that, when you click on a file, simply offered a list of available programs to choose from (without the appearance of unnecessary "smartness").
I spent a lot of time studying technology and experimenting with the "intent-filter". But it all became very bad to work (do not work at all) in newer versions of android.

Rus:
