Kerberos Tickets as a Task Type

Kerberos interaction and Kerberos tickets should be added as task types. Like access tokens, Kerberos tickets play an essential role in authentication and are a very commonly used resource in Windows/AD attack primitives.

I am also open to combining them both into 1 task type to help save space. 256 possible task types for the spec is a lot, but as it grows, I can see the argument for consolidating things early on where possible; it wouldn't be problematic given the similarity of these two task types.
