Hide enquiry links on homepage(Web)

Context

When a field worker logs into RapidReg, currently there are two links for enquiries on the landing page. Register New Enquiry and Enquiries with potential matches

Acceptance Criteria

Given that a field worker logs in successfully and is taken to the landing page

• they should not be able to see the link to Register a new enquiry
• they should not be able to see the link for Enquiries with potential matches
• they should be able to navigate to the register new enquiry by typing in the url </enquiries/new> directly in the browser
• they should not be able to navigate to the page Enquiries with potential matches by typing in the url </enquiries/matches> directly in the browser
