Factory reset does not delete app data directory inside WSL2 distributions

The rdctl.exe program does not do any cleanup of WSL2 distributions that have integration enabled in Rancher Desktop.

This include ~/.local/share/rancher-desktop/spin.

There seems to also be some kind of bug that breaks cleaning up the temp directory created by setup-spin (before #7982):
