Those are DisplayServer=wayland , GreeterEnvironment= and CompositorCommand= . If they are added manually to directly to /etc/sddm.conf they will be removed on every edit with sddm-conf as they are not present in the GUI.

Using /etc/sddm.conf.d/10-sddm.conf works.

But at the end those option need to be added to the GUI.
