pyinfra does not exit with failure when operations are wrapped in python.call(regression) #1190

Regression on 3.x. I tried the demo file in #1050

from pyinfra.operations import python, server


def foo():
    # fails
    server.shell("/bin/false")

python.call(foo)

After commit a8ae039cc, pyinfra doesn't report any error.
