The explain command for PRM needs unit tests to verify behavior.

Acceptance Tests

Coverage of creating the explain command with:

  • No args
  • More than one argument
  • listTopics explicitly set
  • filtering on tag only
  • filtering on category only
  • filtering on category and tag
  • displaying topics as json
  • displays formatting for selected topic
