Sometimes, services like shiva, kafka etc... are in a bad state after deploying a fresh punchbox for validation purpose.
This could leads to failure of our existings integration tests.

A workaround for that is to launch a script which will stop all services one by one and start them again one by one with a delay of 1 to 2 seconds between each of them...
