Similar al comportamiento que existe en ExternalSecrets con los recursos de ExternalSecret, SecretStore y ClusterSecretStore, ClusterExternalSecret ¿Podríamos crear recursos a nivel de cluster que los demás namespace puedan usar para no tener que repetir la configuración por cada namespace?

Similar to the behaviour that exists in ExternalSecrets with the ExternalSecret, SecretStore and ClusterSecretStore, ClusterExternalSecret resources, could we create cluster level resources that the other namespaces can use so that we don't have to repeat the configuration for each namespace?
