Update Outputs on Adapter/Module lists and Instances

Right now the instance name chart is unreadable because it is visualizing the whole range of names as opposed to the top 15ish results. Also, with the adapters/modules there are instances where all adapters or modules were installed by the website. So I am going to set a threshold of at least 5 or 10 installations so the list isn't long tailed with 1-4 installs of the adapter.
