Changes:

• Renaming the fork to Mayhem, to keep new Releases centralized
• By popular demand: "Play dead" and non-implemented features removed
• Tweaks in the layout of the UI, new font, splash and new set of icons
• Releases will use major.minor.revision semantic versioning now, and the version appears on the titlebar; no more guessing which version is the newest

Small update to the firmware and few additions on the SDCARD:

-ADSB app: now the map uses mercator projection
-world_map.bin updated (check ADSB, the one with world_map.bin is the active) based on a mix between OpenSeaMap and OpenStreetMap
-Adding files for testing the GPS sim in GPS

Nightly builds

Prerelease binaries. They might be buggier than normal. Every commit should generate a new one. Prefer the stable package.
