LOGIN_URL etc. setting not being adjusted for WEB_ROOT user setting #44

settings.py currently has

LOGIN_URL = '/accounts/login/'
LOGOUT_URL = '/accounts/logout/'
LOGIN_REDIRECT_URL = '/'

These should presumably be adjusted for the WEB_ROOT user setting like other urls e.g.

LOGIN_URL = USER_SETTINGS['WEB_ROOT'].rstrip('/') + '/accounts/login/'
LOGOUT_URL = USER_SETTINGS['WEB_ROOT'].rstrip('/') + '/accounts/logout/'
LOGIN_REDIRECT_URL = USER_SETTINGS['WEB_ROOT'].rstrip('/') + '/'
