(1) Issue/Bug Description: Tiling breaks (about 10% of the time) on dual monitor setup when dragging apps from ultra wide to standard monitor
(2) Steps to reproduce (if you know): Tiling breaks on dual monitor setup when dragging apps from ultra wide to standard monitor
(3) Expected behavior: Should scale to new aspect ratio
(4) Distribution (run cat /etc/os-release): Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS 64-bit
cat /etc/os-release
(5) Gnome Shell version: 42.9
(6) Pop Shell version (run apt policy pop-shell or provide the latest commit if building locally):
apt policy pop-shell

(7) Where was Pop Shell installed from: Pop!_OS website -> USB Live -> Laptop w/ ultrawide external
(8) Monitor Setup (2 x 1080p, 4K, Primary(Horizontal), Secondary(Vertical), etc): 1440p 21/9 & 1080p standard
(9) Other Installed/Enabled Extensions: Stock config
(10) Other Notes: Tiling gaps get odd occasionally on windows moved around on the ultra wide
