Disable active hint border radius when window is maximized #1703

(1) Issue/Bug Description:
The border-radius is unnecessary if the window is maximized. It should be disabled (to 0) when the active window is in maximize mode.

(2) Steps to reproduce (if you know):
Focus maximized window

(3) Expected behavior:
Border radius is 0 when active window is maximized

(4) Distribution (run cat /etc/os-release):
Arch Linux

(5) Gnome Shell version:
45.4

(6) Pop Shell version (run apt policy pop-shell or provide the latest commit if building locally):

1.2.0

(7) Where was Pop Shell installed from:
AUR

I have the reverse issue. Border hint isn't shown for first maximised window. That's nice, but when I open something else and it tiles, the hint won't show up for the first original window.

I opened #1758 for my issue. Putting this here in case someone stumbles upon it, and also relate the two issues.
